The brand’s mission: to take the work out of dressing for work. Sarah LaFleur (Founder & CEO) was once your typical woman in finance whose closet was packed with blah-feeling pantsuits. Back then, she dreamed of a more inspired wardrobe for herself and all professional women. When she launched MM.LaFleur in 2013, she made it her goal to put the fun (and the ease) back into the ritual of dressing for work–and to rethink the shopping process altogether via the brand’s Bento™ Box personal styling service and its “Out of Office” in-person styling experience. Whether shopping online or in person (at the brand’s NYC showroom or one of its national pop-up shops), each customer works one-on-one with an MM stylist, who helps her build her work wardrobe in a systematic, personalized way.
